Producer prices for HDPE pipe were up 6.4% M/M (up 0.8% last month) and were up 21.8% Y/Y (up 16.3% Y/Y last month). 

Valve prices according to the Producer Price Index were up 0.1% month-over-month in March (up 0.1% last month). 

Inventory levels are stable and keeping pace with current demand, as we see in some of the producer prices. Lead times are expected to remain low. 

Expect a 6-8% increase if raw materials continue to escalate.  

Steel prices are at an all-time high. We have seen a 7% increase already this year (malleable iron and welded nipples) with another 7% expected in Q2 2021. 

NYMEX domestic hot-rolled coil steel prices (CRU) were $1,320 per ton in March ($1,236 per ton in the last update).  

Activity is steadily improving, and we are noticing price increases on both domestic and import products.

Nickel prices have fallen over the past 30 days to @$7.24 per lb. ($8.82 in the last update).  

The producer price index for copper tube and fittings were up 15.2% month-over-month (up 5.1% in the last update) and was up 42.1% year-over-year (up 20.4% Y/Y last month).
