Now that the dust has settled from the general election and the U.S. Senate runoff election in Georgia, there is no doubt that the 117th Congress will have the closest partisan balance in modern history.
Before I retired in 2016, I’d get a lot of calls from lawyers who wanted to hire me to be an expert witness at a trial. They were almost always representing a building owner. I always said “no thank you,” because I like to keep stress out of my life.
My final urging to you is that you don’t stop getting involved with ASA just there, and that you go beyond participating to volunteering to help with ASA programs either at the regional or national level.
